Questions

What are your credentials?

I completed my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Delaware, my MS in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Nutrition through Concordia University, Chicago and my dietetic internship (1200 supervised hours) through Wellness Workdays. I am a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration, a certified personal trainer through NSCA as well as ISAK I certified in Kinanthropometrics.

Can you just give me a meal plan?

One time meal plans are not a sustainable resource and I want to see you succeed long term. We will focus on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fix diets. A few things that go into meal plans include an assessment of your current eating habits, goals, training regimen, and more!

Do you only work with athletes?

Not at all! I work with anyone who lives an active lifestyle, whether that’s a competitive athlete or an active gym goer/weekend warrior!

Do I have to track my macros?

Absolutely not! While tracking macros can be a good tool for some people, it’s not for everyone. I focus on helping you make sustainable habit changes that will take you far beyond the time you work with me.

Do I have to give up my favorite foods?

Nope! I want to help you make habit and lifestyle changes. All foods can fit into your lifestyle and we will discuss how to do that on your calls (see picture :))
